Wednesday October 4 is Animal Day. A day to pamper your favourite four-legged friend! At Bagels & Beans, extra attention and love come as standard. That’s why they don’t celebrate Animal Day but Animal Week: from October 4th to 11th , your Very Important Pet (V.I.P) will receive true VIP treatment. Their two-legged companions too, by the way, they receive a VIP card full of moments of enjoyment. They even have a temporary name change to Beagles & Beans.

Temporary name change to Beagles & Beans
There are few house rules that Bagels & Beans adheres to as strictly as these: everyone is welcome, including all animals. To emphasise this even more, the well-known breeding ground of bagels, coffee and happiness is renaming itself Beagles & Beans for a week. Of course, all dogs and other animal species are welcome, whether it is a toucan, an ostrich or anteater (preferably on a leash). Whichever animal you bring, you can both count on a warm welcome and special treatment.
Very Important Pet treatment for animals and their owners
Guests who visit one of the 83 Beagles & Beans locations in the Netherlands with their pet during Animal Week will be able to enjoy all kinds of VIP treatment. Are you bringing your hamster, rabbit, lizard or Shetland pony? They get an extra pat on the head, a fresh bowl of water and a healthy snack. Their owners receive a free coffee plus the VIP card. This gives you extra moments of enjoyment throughout the month of October: from free drinks to a discount on a portrait of your pet.
No Very Important Pet?
Animal lovers without a pet can also enjoy Animal Week. All you have to do is show your love for animals. For example, by wearing a cat necklace, showing your tiger tattoo, wearing your favorite bear boxers, slithering into one of the locations like a snake or ordering your bagel while barking. Every animal lover receives a VIP card during Animal Week.
Charity | Animal ambulance
Bagels & Beans’ involvement does not stop with the guests’ pets. You can donate directly to the animal ambulance using the QR code on the back of the VIP card. Perhaps the very best charity for all animals in the country. 100% of the donated amount goes to animal rescue. While the guests and their VIPs relax completely, animals in need receive support. At Bagels & Beans they simply believe: love is to be shared. Just like the cheesecake after your bagel.
