Usagi no Nedoko a shop, small inn and café in Kyoto is a highly unique concept that is inspired by nature. Artist Koichi Yoshimura developed a way to preserve plants in acrylic cubes, which he calls ‘Sola Cubes’. In their café they reimagined rocks, minerals and other objects of the nature in a seasonal inspired menu. Almost too beautiful to eat. If you did not have a look at the photos, please do!
