Holiday season inspiration from Australia | Outback Steakhouse launched Steakmas
Outback Steakhouse® is at it again, serving up the Aussie spirit with the official launch of Steakmas, a sizzling celebration packed with seasonal flavors, holiday fun and surprises all season long as the ‘Koala on the Walla’ takes over as the official mischief-maker and decider of who has been good for goodness steak. From festive new dishes and cocktails to holiday merch, Steakmas at Outback has everything you need to make the season ‘koala-ty’ from now until January 1st.
A steak-tacular time with the real star of Steakmas: the “Koala on the Walla.” Outback’s mischievous “Koala on the Walla” mascot is back, calling the shots on who’s been nice enough to receive the gift of Steakmas cheer! Check out their press release in the link in the title.
We love this ‘rumour around the brand’ idea! Which mascot could your restaurant use and which nicknames can you cook up for Christmas?
The ‘All I want is Chipotle’ merchandise for the holiday season
Less original than the merchandise at Outback Steakhouse’s ‘Steakmas’ but chains in the US often create merchandise for fans over the Christmas period. Chipotle Mexican Grill recently announced it is bringing back three of its best-selling, viral products: Cilantro Soap, the “Water” Cup Candle and Car Napkin Holder, the perfect gifts for Chipotle fans this holiday season. More details in their press release, linked in the title!
What can you come up with as merchandise for Christmas? A Christmas ball filled with a cocktail? A special recipe on a Christmas card? A mascot in Christmas clothes? A Christmas decoration with your name on it?
