Travel with Purpose | Hilton boosts eco-conscious travel across properties in Asia Pacific
Hilton promotes conscious travel across its properties in Asia Pacific by making sustainable practices more accessible for guests, as travellers now seek more meaningful experiences. Honouring this year’s Earth Day theme, ‘Invest in Our Planet’, Hilton Hotels has released its latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, which emphasizes its renewed commitment to taking real-world actions to reduce the environmental and social impact of its hotels and operations worldwide in pursuit of a better world to travel. Denmark becomes the first country to introduce a climate label for food
In April 2022, the Danish Government announced it would begin funding the development of a climate label for food, making Denmark the first country to do so. The deployment of a “state controlled” label is intended to enforce transparency while minimizing consumer confusion over a multitude of different labels. This is not Denmark’s first foray into environmental labelling. Last year, the Danish official dietary guidelines included carbon emissions for the first time, offering its citizens advice on how to have a climate-friendly diet. Chopsticks that make food more salty

The five Cronut flavors will also be available — to actually eat, in Cronut Hole form — at Ansel’s Soho bakery from May 13 to 15.
