Led by founder and CEO Michael Struck, the group introduces its 18th hotel in Europe, Ruby Molly Dublin. Centrally located on East Arran Street in Oxmanstown, just north of the River Liffey, the hotel offers 272 rooms spread over a total area of 7,372 square metres, a stone’s throw from the lively Temple Bar district.
Guests can choose from five room categories, each designed to suit different preferences and needs. Starting with the cosy NEST Rooms of 172 square feet, the charming COSY Rooms of around 182 square feet are ideal for solo travellers seeking a comfortable retreat. Couples or friends seeking extra comfort can enjoy the LOVELY Rooms, ranging from 193 to 237 square feet. For those looking for a bit more space, the WOW rooms average 269 square feet, while the spacious LOFT Rooms with private terrace offer up to 269 square feet, ideal for longer stays.
A design that combines history and modernity
Ruby Molly Dublin captures the atmosphere of the 19th century, inspired by its location in a historic neighbourhood that once housed a bustling fruit and vegetable market. The hotel design is closely linked to the history and evolution of central Oxmanstown. The site where Ruby Molly now stands was originally part of the grounds of St Mary’s Abbey, founded in 846. Later, the place made the transition from a prosperous abbey to a lively market area. This atmosphere is the inspiration for the hotel’s inviting space, which welcomes guests from all over the world. The market atmosphere is also felt by guests at Ruby Molly Dublin. Surfaces, materials and decorations reflect the contrasts between urban elegance and the rural atmosphere of farmers’ markets: sumptuous fabrics, marble and glass contrast with worn leather, tiles and black steel. To create a cosy atmosphere, there are plenty of comfortable seating areas and nooks between cart wheels and baskets.

The library displays archaeological finds from the area, giving guests an insight into the region’s rich heritage. Inspired by the historic market that once flourished in the area, Ruby Molly Dublin offers guests a modern interpretation of Dublin’s vibrant culture. Every detail, from the rustic farm tables to the vintage chairs, contributes to a meaningful experience that reflects the history of the area.
