About Roberto’s Amsterdam

The story of Roberto’s Restaurant began 25 years ago when Roberto Payer took office as General Manager of Hilton Amsterdam. His Italian roots are now reflected in the authentic Italian dishes served at Roberto’s Amsterdam. These Italian dishes are combined in the book ‘Pure Italian Cuisine’. Led by chef Franz Conde, typical classic Italian dishes are prepared daily. Based on the principle that they only use the very best Italian products, a limited number of ingredients and only three flavours per dish. They also have a private dining room with soothing views over the Noorderamstel Canal. Location: Apollolaan 138.
