The new restaurant was not developed overnight. Every detail was thoroughly thought through. This is evident from the names that have committed themselves to Soirée, because behind this sizzling restaurant concept are a number of interesting investors: seasoned hospitality entrepreneur Herman Hell, an anonymous Quote 500 member and experienced businessman Eric Steenbergen. They have joined forces with the talented patron cuisinier Tom Pfeijffer and maître Maxime Oldenboom. Guests can experience their fruitful collaboration in the flamboyant restaurant Soirée.
Traditional classics in a new look
At restaurant Soirée, guests will find a high-quality menu with French influences. The impressive menu exudes the festive ’20s from bustling Paris. Graduated from the prestigious Dutch Cas Spijkers Academy and with a lot of experience, patron cuisinier Tom Pfeijffer knows how to reinvent traditional classics. For instance, classic dishes like foie gras are given an exciting twist by adding lychee gel and date cake. But despite its high-quality menu and luxurious appearance, restaurant Soirée aims to be accessible to all. The extensive menu offers plenty of options for every guest, whether they opt for an extravagant night out, or a more subdued moment of togetherness. First and foremost every guest has to be able to enjoy their night out. “We value being there for everyone. Whether you come for a small snack or an elaborate dinner with all the trimmings. We pamper you and make sure you leave feeling great.” Tells marketing manager Dionne Steenbergen.
Geometric shapes and culinary works of art
The culinary works of art by patron cuisinier Pfeijffer and his kitchen chef Youri van den Broek are not presented in just any setting. Everywhere, the restaurant breathes the roaring twenties. Think geometric shapes and the frequently used colours gold and royal deep blue. In addition, luxury materials such as brass, copper and black gold marble have been used. The 1920s come fully back to life at Soirée. “Whether for lunch, relaxed drinks or sumptuous dinner, at Soirée the experience is paramount. Every aspect has been thought about extensively, such as the colourful interior and the luxurious menu. Dip this in a delectable 1920s sauce and you have Soirée; literally an evening of wonderful coming together,” tells maître Maxime Oldenboom.
