ResQueue | The first digital queue in Belgium
Resengo launches ResQueue in Belgium, the company tries to solve terrace crowding with the first digital queue. Starting soon, ResQueue will be implemented at the first Belgian hospitality establishments that have already ordered the system to manage the crowds on their terraces.
In France, New York and other parts of the world, we have experienced likewise ceonvenient systems, simple and easy to use for both guests and ‘terrace’ management. Resengo does also introduce this system in the Netherlands.

ResQueue to the rescue
You know the drill: packed terraces and nowhere to sit. Or all the tables in your favourite restaurant are already reserved, but a table will soon become available. The only problem is that you have to queue up and wait for it. Who feels like doing that on a sunny day?
Resengo introduces a digital queue where a simple text message notifies you when your table is almost ready. So you no longer have to physically queue for your table, and you can go do something else fun (or useful) until your table is available.
How does ResQueue work?
Simple: you can use ResQueue in two ways. You check whether any seats are going to become available in the restaurant you want to go to and register yourself with your phone number in ResQueue’s digital queue online. Or, you spontaneously walk into a restaurant when you are in the area and the restaurant manually places you in their digital queue if there is no place available immediately. Some restaurants even provide a QR-code, so you can quickly add yourself to the queue upon arrival. As soon as your table is ready, you will receive a text message.
Everyone happy | From terrace visitors to restaurants owners
Handy for terrace visitors or last-minute hungry foodies, but also for restaurants themselves. They now have the option to go hands-free for optimal room or terrace occupancy, without queuing or disappointing customers. Even restaurants that do not even need a reservation system in their business can use ResQueue during peak times to organise their queue digitally and give their customers the freedom to spend their waiting time elsewhere.
When does ResQueue come in handy?
ResQueue supports systems working with reservations: on sunny days and when the terraces are fully occupied. When a restaurant is fully booked and has many walk-ins. Or, if a restaurant, (cocktail) bar or café does not work with reservations, but wants to better organise its occupancy during peak hours without disappointing customers.
