As part of the knowledge-month in October (October 13 to 17) the Okura hotel in Amsterdam, will pay special attention to guests suffering from a jet lag. It discusses the causes of a jet lag and how to best get rid of it. Guests can also take part in the “jet lag-experience” to test what they have learned.
