After the aging, the cocktail had absorbed the wood tones for a new harmonious flavour. When can we drink this is a Dutch bar? Or is this something to try at home?

This 57 year old ferryboat found its new function as luxurious day-spa. Bota Bota, which is designed by Sid Lee Architecture, can be found in Montreal’s Old Port. This five decks fitted boat offers various (sauna-) facilities in a beautiful panoramic setting.

Recently a tiramisu-shop opened in Manhattan, which is an answer to the current trend in Italy where they are experimenting with different tastes of tiramisu. At Dolce Vizio, tiramisu-lovers can choose of six different tastes from limoncello to nutella. But it is possible as well to compose your own taste by choosing of several sauces and toppings.

The largest American retailer of organic food products, Whole Foods, opened the Wellness Club. Consumers can register themselves as a member, wherefore they pay registration fee and a monthly payment. Members have access to several classes and courses, cooking classes, community events and have a 10% discount on 1,000 healthy foods.

Restaurant dishes available in the supermarket

ASDA supermarket chain, known from the British Walmart, started an experiment by selling take-away dishes of local restaurants. These are dishes of the Arabic, Pakistani and Indian kitchen. Last spring, the ASDA started a cooperation with the restaurant chain Zouk, since then the sales are tripled. Next year, this experiment will be extended to London.
