Two weeks ago a pancake house for real princesses opened in the Marais district in Paris. The Princess Crèpe restaurant is designed so that you feel like you’re in a princess fairytale. At Princess Crèpe restaurant serves pancakes, but also other sweets like ice cream and pastries.

Until recently Vander Donk Fine Chocolates in Amsterdam only had online shop but opened its first store this week. Vander Donk uses social media to provide information about its activities and shares recipes on Facebook and Twitter.
On November 3rd Unilever and NS started a Unox shop at the trainstation in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. In this shop travelers can enjoy winterly-like meals, such as traditional Dutch pea soup. The Unox-shop is an initiative of the NS-subsidiary Servex and Unilever Food Solutions. When winter is over, the shop will be replaced bij Swirl’s Ice Cream.
The Sushi sorbet, introduced by Dyamic food, is based on the famous Japanes delicacy. A perfect dessert, because of the taste and shape of the ice cream.
Although reported before, it remains a welcoming gesture to make your own choice of pastries when having coffee. At Restaurant Le Phebus you can pick your choice from a trolley with excessive choice of several kinds of cookies, lollipops and ice cream. No more small plates with cookies, half of which you don’t eat or know if it is touched before or not.
The Popbar in New York is a new addition to Carmine Street in New York. The cream, sorbet and yogurt ice creams are handmade.
Besides ice cream, Ben and Jerry’s now also sells clothes in their webshop. Half the profit goes to charity. Be quick, because everything is made in a limited edition.
In June Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) comes with a new icy drink in the Netherlands: Krushem. It is a mix of ice cream, ice and extra ingredients such as pieces of strawberry and biscuit.
In this saladbar, based in France, the assortment consists of fruit cocktails, ice cream, salads and fresh juices. The guest makes his own meals from a choice of over 40 ingredients.
