Malibu visits a number of festivals in the Netherlands this summer. They let the guests shine in their own summer movie production. Malibu sends a professional film crew to film exiling scripts. At the Malibu Movie Headquarters the film is edited. The film is shared on Facebook, so everyone can see how the Malibu festival feeling is portrayed.

Foodzy is an app that is designed to keep track of your eating habits. The developers recently integrated an Evernote login, making it possible to share recipes with others. Evernote is a digital scrapbook, accessable by PC, Mac and mobile phone. With this alliance it’s even easier to share recipes with friends, also if you’re in the supermarket for example.

BURNARJ orange wine

Spanish importer Saborea introduces the first orange wine to The Netherlands. The BURNARJ wine is made with oranges from Vega del Guadalquivir in Andalusia. The alcohol percentage varies from 7 % in the light Semiseco to 11% in the Brut Nature, Brut and normal Semiseco.

The Hostelle woman hotel is built in the old headquaters of the Bijenkorf/Hema. Bianca Brasdorp is responsible for the design of the rooms, she focuses mainly on the age group between 16 and 55 years old. In the hotel you will find graffiti, large QR codes on canvas with information about the art museums in Amsterdam. A Chinese room, a Marie Antoinette room and a pink bathroom with a Hello-Kitty-toilet. In short, a real woman domain.

At the main train station Warschau in Poland you can see this McDonald’s Timetable. At the Timetable you can see the departure times of the train and it also tells you how long you should wait in burgers, colas, chips and ice creams. Wine bar ‘Het Eigendom’ in Rotterdam created, according their own words, the ideal terrace. The terrace features high benches, wherefor both the sitting guests as well the standing guests can chat on the same eye level. The terrace is covered with a burgundy sail for the French accent.

Almost unimaginable, but there is a shop hided behind these walls. The Brazilian architect Alan Chu designed this secret shop for a local tea brand in a shopping center in São Paulo. During opening hours the wall transforms into a fully equipped shop.
