Mobile Gastfreundschaft is a winner of DMY International Design Festival 2012 Award. The project took place in 2011 in Austria, Feldkirch and Vaduz. Mobile Gastfreundschaft pays attention to an important aspect of the design by Chmararosinke; the responsibility and the self initiative in public space. Cock and bull on formaldehyde in restaurant

A bit freaky; Damien Hirst has made an artwork with a cock and bull on formaldehyde for Mark Hix’s Tramshed restaurant in East London. The animals refer to the typical beef & chicken menu. Apart from the huge container there are several other artworks, like a painting ‘Cow & Chicken’ painting from the popular Cartoon Network series in the nineties.

Coca-Cola post-it art

The Italian artist Eduardo Zamarro was commissioned by Coca-Cola to create the world’s largest stop-motion video using only post-it notes. Twenty students and artists made 135 artworks from 1 million post-its in only 15 days. Locals were invited to scribble their own ideas and messages of happiness as part of the mural experience.

In the summer the warmth is stored in the ground. The waste water is purified in a helofyte-field and the rainwater is filtered in the sand dunes. Therefore no sewage system is needed.
