Maison Saint Aix, located in the heart of Provence, presents their AIX Rosé 2022. Dry and hot summer days ensured an early harvest, the cool nights ensured a balanced acidity. The result is a wonderfully fresh, red fruit-infused, soft pink rosé. They have, among other things, a special The Grand AIXperience that is served in the intimate courtyard of the Sofitel Legend The Grand in Amsterdam.

AIX Rosé 2022 is made at Domainde de la Grande Séouve
Winemaker Eric Kurver’s Domaine de la Grande Séouve is located on the rolling hills of the Provence in the South of France. Here, the Maison Saint Aix team has been making the renowned AIX Rosé from grenache, syrah and cinsault grapes, since 2009. The 2022 edition is fresh with the characteristic hints of red fruit that AIX Rosé is known for. The rosé already won a first gold medal last February, awarded by the well-known French wine guide Gilbert & Gaillard.
The Grand AIXperience
On the occasion of the launch of AIX Rosé 2022, five-star Sofitel Legend The Grand in Amsterdam is serving a special arrangement in its intimate courtyard. This consists of different bites which are served with the rosé. Guests can choose their desired level of festivity. An individual glass of the wine costs 11 euros and a bottle of wine with six bites will cost 99 euros. The package will be served from March 21 to June 21, 2023. Reservations for the AIX package at Sofitel Legend The Grand can be made from March 21 via the website of Oriole Garden Bistro in the courtyard.
In honor of the 2022 edition, AIX also developed its own collection of rosé glasses: the Riedel Veloce Rosé. A tall, slender and elegant wine glass in which the aromas of the rosé get all the space they need.
Big bottles
AIX Rosé is now available in more than forty countries. It pairs perfectly with Asian dishes, seafood, fish and light salads. This rosé stands for togetherness and sharing, is a bold brand and is sold in bottles of 75 cl, 1.5 litres, 3 litres, 6 liters and 15 litres; a bottle for every occasion. The AIX Rosé 2022 is completely ready for the first outdoor dining days, long summer evenings or now for a luxurious lunch along the slopes!
In 2020, the courtyard of the Sofitel Legend The Grand turned into The Grand Beach, a wonderful oasis in the middle of Amsterdam!
