Luggage robot Yobot
In the Yotel hotel in New York, the luggage of guests is stored in a special way. It is not the concierge at the hotel taking the luggage, but the robot arm ‘Yobot’. Guests easily place their luggage in a bin and enter a pin number with their name. Yobot picks the luggage and stores it safely in one of the lockers. Guests will receive a receipt with a barcode that they can use to collect their luggage. An ingenious idea that gives more experience during a stay at the hotel.
