YouTube has been a source of inspiration for spotting trends the past few years. Every day, thousands of movies are uploaded with new and interesting content. We too sometimes use videos as a source of inspiration to write about. With this week again a selection of 3 videos which our colleague Micha Luksenburg thinks are worth watching.
This week video’s about a coffee farmer who grows coffee at the sloops of an active volcano and why the Miyazaki mango from Japan costs $5000 dollar! Also in Japan, a café where you can play with micro pigs!

This week a video about Timoreo Minas who grows coffee nearby an active volcano in Guatemala. For many a reason not to work the land there but according to this farmer this location has the perfection circumstances. The soil in this area consist a lot of nutrients who give the beans a very special flavor.
