Highland Park Bowl is known to be “LA’s oldest bowling alley”. The bowling center that originates from 1927, has been completely renovated recently. The 1933 Group, an architect specialized in creating an ancient 20th century atmosphere is responsible for the renovation. The images above show that this company is really specialized in this type of design! We haven’t seen bowling alleys with this type of décor before.

Highland Park Bowl a true experience

At this eight lanes bowling alley it isn’t just about the game, but also about experience. Highland Park Bowl is housed in an old barn. The concept doesn’t look like a ‘regular’ bowling alley. It’s more a fancy barn where you can drink cocktails with friends. The bowling alley has a cocktail bar and a traditional pizza oven. Compared to the Dutch bowling alleys, the quality of hospitality at this American bowling alley is at a higher level.
