Opening – The organic breakfast and lunchbar CIRCUS in Antwerp will add a new culinary act to their place starting the 21st of October. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday they dim the lights in their business to focus the spotlight on natural wines. Managers Inge Dreezen and Lien De Naeyer couldn’t find a wine bar in Antwerp with the focus on natural wines. That is why, in line with their organic menu, they decided to take a new and logical step towards an expansion to a natural wine bar during the evening. A step that fits perfectly within their organic path. CIRCUS wine bar is open from October 21.

Expansion of the CIRCUS with a wine bar specialized in biological natural wines
Originally being a breakfast and lunch business since 2020 with both vegetarian and plant-based breakfast and lunch dishes, is now expanding with wine! From October 21, they will extend CIRCUS with in-depth flavors and an evening performance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Between 5 pm and 11 pm they dim the lights to treat the public to a completely new ‘’acte de presence’’ in which biological, natural wines deserve a moment of glory. Enter: CIRCUS Winebar.

With pure and natural drinks on the menu of CIRCUS wine bar, they continue their biological approach from daytime in the evening hours. “We felt that there is still a shortage of cozy wine bars in Antwerp that focus on natural wines and other drinks based on wild fermentation. It is therefore only logical for us that we will also serve pure, natural drinks in line with our kitchen. We notice that our guests like to be surprised. We want to surprise them even more with this wine list”, says the entrepreneurial duo.
