Cinnabon sells like hot cakes

24-3-2016

This March and April the American company Cinnabon is opening three new stores in the Netherlands at Stadshart Amstelveen, Stadshart Zoetermeer and at Utrecht’s Central Station.

Three new Cinnabon stores

Cinnabon is an American company who sells cinnamon rolls with all kinds of different frostings and toppings. In 2012 Cinnabon opened its first stores in the Netherlands, located in Shopping Centre Alexandrium in Rotterdam and at shopping centre ‘de Amsterdamse Poort’. Considering the fact that these stores are very popular, three new stores will be opened this March and April at Stadshart Amstelveen, Stadshart Zoetermeer and at Utrecht’s Central Station.

Less is more

Because Cinnabon is an American company the cinnamon rolls are in American standards, which sometimes can be a bit too much for the average Dutchman. But Cinnamon created a special Dutch product range. In order to accustom the Dutch public to the intense flavour and rich frostings with American standards, Cinnabon developed  the ‘Mini Cinnabon’. “To introduce the Dutch people with a sweet tooth to the Cinnabon, the Minibon is the perfect size,” says Alisoeprapto, operations manager of Cinnabon Holland. “This is our best-selling product for sure.”

Besides the Mini and Classic Cinnabons they also have crunchy Stix, Centre of the Roll and refreshing Chillata-drinks in their product range.
