To help these farmers and other casualties of the hurricane, over 100 restaurants in New York have donated 10% of their day revenue last Sunday. Every month they create a Turntable Kitchen Pairings Box, which includes a 7-inch vinyl single with tracks of their favourite bands, several recipes, local premium dried ingredients and suggested pairings.
