Opening – This fall restobar Vivid is opening its doors, a vibrant restobar in the cozy Nobelstraat in the heart of Utrecht. A welcome surprise among the cafes and student shops. Vivid will soon be the place for a good drink and snacks but also for an extensive dinner. The name Vivid says it all: it will never be boring! Halfway through the evenings on the weekend, a DJ takes over. The place turns into a place where you can dance, flirt and welcome your friends over for a drink.

After six years, Hawaiian has become the best student in class with as many as 45 restaurants across Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2024, the chain continues to grow rapidly, with plans to open 15 new branches, and most of which are in the Netherlands.

Leonardo Hotel Breda City Center welcomes guests after renovation

In October 2023, Leonardo Hotel Breda City Center started the renovation of the hotel on the Stationsplein in Breda. Now that this transformation has been successfully completed, the hotel is proud to welcome both business and leisure guests in a completely renovated interior, taking the ambience of the hotel to a higher level. The aim of the renovation was to better meet the needs of hotel guests and to offer both hotel guests and local guests more possibilities in terms of events and culinary experiences. Thanks to the renovation, the Leonardo Hotels Breda City Center seamlessly matches the distinctive ‘Leonardo product’ in which the chain wants to receive its guests. The official opening of the hotel and restaurant will take place on 3 October, in the presence of the mayor of Breda, Paul Depla.

Reopening – On August 20th, The College Hotel on the Roelof Hartstraat in Amsterdam reopened its Bar & Bistro after an intensive renovation. Designer Piet Boon gave The College Hotel Bar & Bistro (as well as the rest of the hotel) a handsome new look and the kitchen has also been redesigned. Diners are welcome from morning till late at night – from coffee to cocktails and high tea to main course. And all with French elegance and a touch of Caribbean island vibes.

Salsa Shop Eindhoven on the Markt is the seventeenth location where the freshly prepared burritos, tacos and salads fly off the shelves. The restaurant in Eindhoven is the seventeenth location of Salsa Shop, which has big plans in the Netherlands and Europe. This expansion also includes a new brand identity that can be seen for the first time in Eindhoven.
