A Safeway-supermarket has taken the streetscape into account, to create a garage behind the building. Also, the supermarket is located on the topfloor of the 2-story building, so that on streetlevel, the building accommodates local suppliers. Nice initiative! For example, a menu called “Paris 1912”, the menu of Hong Kong from the future, 2036. The most special feature of this concept will be that you will have to buy tickets online to make a reservation.

Hotel Vitale has a new service for their guests. Guests can go grocery shopping with the chef at the local farmersmarket to pick out the ingredients for a two course meal. The guest does not only determine the recipes but the ingredients as well.
