The capsules are opened by putting bottle in the microwave for a few seconds. The number of watts eventually determine the taste of wine. Vindict.nl introduces Brix Chocolate for Wine in The Netherlands. A chocolate bar you can combine with wine. The cocoa in this chocolate comes from a tree in Ghana and does not contain certain ingredients that would normally clash with wine. Brix has the shape of a gold bar and can not be broken, but must be carved. Brix is available in the flavors mild, medium, dark and extra dark.
