The goal is to increase the sustainable awareness of using tap water in the hospitality and that it is a good alternative for soda. Dokkaffee is a nice example of hospitality in an industrial heritage. The Dokkaffee is situated in the middle of the port of Rotterdam, on the RDM area. Guests can come here for a cup of coffee or a lunch, but they offer as well (business) catering and exhibition space.
