At the Design fair in Milan, Heineken placed the crowd-sourced night club concept. This yearlong design exploration project, is created through the progressive minds of 19 emerging designers from across the globe, resulted in a prototype of a futuristic night club. Interesting to read about the six key areas (connecting, getting a drink, discovering, dancing, cooling down and ending the night).
Hotelier Carlos Couturier has converted a water purification into a 19th-century hotel. The hotel has a 30 meter pool. The edges of the pool been of glass, that gives a nice effect and view.
Unilever created in the Kalverstraat (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) a temporary location to introduce the new Café Zero ice coffee. This ice coffee creates mind bursting creative and inspiring ideas. A creative artist will show this by creating artwork on location. Until the 12th of May this drink will be available for only € 1,=.
Plink is according to their own words the first-ever Facebook credits based loyalty program that rewards member with Facebook credits for dining and shopping at their favorite restaurants and offline retailers. For example Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, Outback, Burger King, Arbys en Drunking Donuts. In January of this year this app was launched and currently available in the US.
