Larens Blanje Bleu | Wine with Dutch roots and a musical twist

On Saturday the 18th of February, Design & Wine are launching a new wine called Larens Blanje Bleu. This white wine, made from blue grapes also known as Blanc de Noir, is made by Wijngoed Gelders Laren and is being sold exclusively by Design & Wine. The wine is made from the blue wine grape Cabertin, from the 2021 harvest. 700 bottles of this characterful wine have been produced.

Friesdrank | the creamiest drink of the Dutch region Friesland

Friesdrank is the tasty result of the collaboration between a Frisian wine specialist, a Frisian cheese maker and a Frisian beer brewer. This new Frisian soft drink is made partly from whey, a residual product from cheese-making. The whey gives Friesdrank a sustainable touch as well as a special flavour. The introduction will take place at the upcoming HorecaEvenTT in Leeuwarden.
