Finger Limes

Finger Limes come from the rainforest of Australia. The name of this 6 to 8 inches tall fruit is determined by the shape that looks a bit like a finger. The color of the skin varies from light green to brown, the content looks like caviar balls. These have colors variyng from light green to pink-like in the brown ones. The balls are crunchy, mildly sour and leave a light stinging feeling on tongue. The Limettencaviar is rich in vitamin C and potassium, and is often used in the Asian cuisine.

On the 122nd floor of the luxurious 828 meters high hotel, Khalifa Burj Dubai, one will find the upscale restaurant Atmosphere. Atmosphere owned by the Emaar Hospitality Group will be a grill restaurant and lounge. Prices, opening times and menu are still unknown.

The Chinese Restaurant “Dalu Rebot” uses six robots to serve food and drinks to the tables. The robots follow a fixed route laid down in the restaurant. The idea behind these “restaurants robots” comes from the Shandong Dalu Science and Technology Company.
