The served dishes are all about the products with great respect for these products, without to much fuss, served in a brasserie-atmosphere. The menu features dishes such as smoked eel and roasted USA bavette. This restaurant is a feast for your eyes as well; on the wall you can find the artwork of artist Selwyn Senatori. Restaurant Jaimie van Heije is opened 6 days per week. On Sunday the restaurant is closed to gain new inspiration.

Fashion store becomes total experience

Since the end of October, bistro ‘Meneer van Dijk’ (in English Mister van Dijk) opened its doors inside a fashion store, located in Waalwijk (Netherlands) to create a total experience for the guests and shopping clients. Special and fresh local products will be served and the coffee will be made by a barista. The bistro is open 7 days a week.

Given that deafness was until very recently considered to be a mental disability in the country, the enterprise aims to showcase the talents of those with hearing difficulties and well as help them engage with their community.
