The Novotel Amsterdam City was replicated in LEGO. It took more than 30 days and 5.000 stones to build the construction, it was revealed on 11 June. The mini building was constructed to promote the exhibition ‘The Art of the Brick’ at Amsterdam EXPO.

Temaki, a Brazilian form of sushi, is available at Yoobi in London for a few of years already. The owners were inspired by trips in Japan and Brazil. In the 21C Museum Hotels everything revolves around art and enjoying art since 2006. In addition, you can sleep and dine in the museums. There are now three separate locations in Louisville, Cincinnati and Bentonville. We actually saw it more often, the combination of art, sleeping and dining, but this chain emphasizes on their art exhibitions in their architecture and interior. Minitiature Time Square in a mall in Moscow

Philips recreated a minitiature Times Square in Moscow’s new shopping and entertainment mall, Vegas Crocus City. Philips, global leader in LED, worked on the design, installation and the technical launch. The LED lighting, light panels and HD-screens create the atmosphere of the center. Dutch couple links entrepreneurship and education in Suriname

Entrepreneurs Jessica Augustin and Stanley Wassenaar from Amsterdam hope to be able to open ‘their’ hotel doors: Hotel Con Corazón in Paramaribo. With the profits of the hotel they want to contribute to good education and a better future for children in Suriname. To make their dream reality, they started a crowdfunding campaign and hope to collect 10 percent of the initial capital of approximately 800,000 euros. This new hotspot on the border of Soho & Tribeca is a real “farm-to-table” restaurant. The origin of every single ingredient is indicated on the menu and if for some reason an ingredient is from a different supplier that day, the staff informs their guests at welcome. The restaurant is situated in a modern building and decorated as a cheerful, French farmers stable. The menu is diverse, focused on good and healthy ingredients and varies somewhat daily based on what was supplied that day. The entire staff is a 100% knowledgeable about the food being served and they are delighted to answer all your questions.
