Because of the changing password, 200 of the bar’s most high-profile customers (actors, businessman, models etc.) stopped visiting. That’s why the bar created the ‘tackiest VIP card’, hiding the real identity of Frank’s, which was printed on the card in invisible UV ink and sent it to these customers. They successfully converted over 130 people, who returned to the bar using their VIP-card.
