‘Blueseed’ is co-founded by Max Marti, Dario Mutabdzija and lead by Peter Thiel. The floating city will be located in international waters of the Silicon Valley and is especially designed for starting entrepreneurs. The Blueseed project offers living space, work space and entertaiment facilities to foreign start-ups. The goal is that the Blue Seed opens in the 3rd quarter of 2013. The Water Discus Hotel in Dubai is a hotel that is partially located under water. The 21 rooms are below the surface of the sea. The windows of the rooms are high, so you have a good view of the sea life. The restaurant, spa and reception are above the waterline. It’s unknown when the hotel opens.
