The menu features dishes such as smoked eel and roasted USA bavette. This restaurant is a feast for your eyes as well; on the wall you can find the artwork of artist Selwyn Senatori. Restaurant Jaimie van Heije is opened 6 days per week. On Sunday the restaurant is closed to gain new inspiration.
In 2014 this new hotel will be build and opened in the mountains of Wadi Rum in Jordan. The rooms will be carved out of the rocks, which should give a magnificent view. Watch more pictures of this hotel plan.
