Bowling in the spotlight | The mobile bowling alley

25-4-2017

BCE Bowling introduces a new product to the Dutch bowling market: The mobile bowling alley. The mobile alley consists of loose parts and can be installed in a day. Especially suitable for companies that only have limited space available, but it also might be interesting to fill temporary vacancies in the inner cities: Pop-up Bowling! This trend in bowling is also reflected in the whitepaper ‘The bowling centre in the picture’ about the facts and figures of the Dutch bowling world of our colleagues from Van Spronsen & Partners hospitality consultancy which will be published in May.

This mobile bowling alley allows ‘pop-up bowling’

The lanes from BCE Bowling can be extended to a length that fits your preferences. In Zutphen, the all-round sports bar Kings & Queens recently opened the first 4-lane mobile bowling with led lights. At this all-round sports bar, they now have four bowling lanes, fifteen 9ft match pool tables, four 7ft coin pool tables, one snooker table, one carambol table, one footpool table and two table tennis tables. In addition, they have four dart lanes, an air hockey, a table football and a boxing ball.

This inspiration is in line with the trend we’ve spotted of the arcade games. We wrote about these retro arcade games in February and we think that a mobile bowling alley fits perfectly in this picture! It also provides opportunities in shopping malls and in empty shops in the inner cities.
