Baileys Chocolat Luxe cocktails
The dark days before Chrismas deserve special winter cocktails. Baileys Chocolat Luxe inspired us with three different cocktails. The Rococo serve is created by Bompas & Parr from the U.K. and served in a high glass with ice and raspberry. Liqueur expert Missy Flynn from London came up with the Chocolate Black Forrest (with cherry liqueur) and Chocolate mint (with mint frozen into ice cubes).
ROCOCO SERVE
INGREDIENTS:
– 50ml Baileys Chocolat Luxe
– Ice
1 raspberry as garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a Rococo Baileys (high) glas, add ice and pour the Baileys Chocolate Luxe slowly over the ice. Garnish with a raspberry on the glass.
CHOCOLAT BLACK FORREST
INGREDIENTS
– 50ml Baileys Chocolat Luxe
– 5ml cherry liqueur
INSTRUCTIES:
Shake and serve in a short cocktail glass from a huge bowl. Add no ice.
CHOCOLAT MINT
INGREDIENTS
– 50ml Baileys Chocolat Luxe
– Fresh mint leaves frozen in ice cubes
INSTRUCTIOS:
Shake it with ice and serve directly in a low chocolate glass. Serve with mint chocolates.
