All-day breakfast at The Egg Store
The Egg Store is an all-day breakfast concept where ‘eggs any style’ are being served, seven days a week. Open since February 2016 and located at the Turfmarkt in Haarlem. An initiative of Bas Lammersen and Michael Kras, entrepreneurs of the Roast Chicken Bar.
Eggsperience at The Egg Store in Haarlem
The idea comes from those Sundays that you wake up late, longing to crack an egg but breakfast isn’t served anymore in restaurants. At The Egg Store it doesn’t matter at what time of day you want to eat an egg, the store is open from 10:00 to 17:00.
The menu consists of various egg dishes such as a Roast Slicer, a brioche topped with pulled chicken, coleslaw, homemade cocktail sauce and a perfectly fried egg on top. For The Egg Store eggs are ‘rock ‘n roll’ in the kitchen and this is reflected in the diversity of dishes. They only use exclusively Dutch free range eggs. As for the interior, the recipes from the Egg Store are inspired by dishes from New York, London and Berlin. At The Egg Store you can also enjoy fresh juices, homemade lemonade and Bloody Marys to complete the Eggsperience!
