Next week, from July 17 to 21, the Marineterrein in Amsterdam will once again be transformed into the five-day summer festival Homelanding, full of live music, local beers, delicious food and a warm neighbourhood ambiance. For this festival, Homeland Brewery and Cantina Mobilé have joined forces to start of the summer together and even the weather predictions are great!

Neighbourhood lunch, farmers’ bridge tournament, live music and more during summer festival Homelanding
During Homelanding, various activities will be organised daily by Brewery Homeland, Cantina Mobilé and their partners. The Maritime Museum will organise fun activities for all ages, including interactive workshops and guided tours. Sexyland will hold an exciting farmer’s bridge tournament. There will be a drawing workshops called ‘A Sea of Paper’, where participants will work together to create one big work of art. Together with exfavos, there will be life-size games to play, and they will organise a clothing market on Saturday. Neighbourhood Committee ‘Oostelijke Eilanden’ will host a neighbourhood lunch for everyone on Saturday. Get to know the Marineterrein through a guided tour by local residents and discover the area in a new way.
Visitors can enjoy live music from artists such as Brass Rave Unit, Elmer and Ray Fuego. Brewery Homeland serves craft beers and offers tours of the brewery on Saturdays and Sundays.
Tapas and pizza from Cantina Mobilé and Lost Boyz
Cantina Mobilé and Lost Boyz will provide the food, from a variety of tapas to pizza. In addition, you can enjoy the western hemisphere’s smallest Ferris wheel with a pop-up wine bar at La Molina! Enjoy a drink overlooking the grounds.
Homelanding was created through a collaboration between Cantina Mobilé and Homeland Brewery.

Brewery Homeland was launched in 2016 as one of the first, independent enterprises on Amsterdam’s Marine Park. Hence, each beer refers to old shipping traditions. For the current crew, this adventure manifests itself in brewing innovative beers in a traditional way, on average around 25 different beers a year. Homeland Brewery has won numerous awards with its beers. For example, the brewery won 4 gold medals at the Dutch Beer Challenge in recent years, 4 silver medals and bronze at the Brussels Beer Challenge.
