No waste, and with dimensions of 80 cm high, 33 cm wide and 38 cm deep, the L’OUI Petit Pro is designed to fit into any hospitality setting, from upscale bars to busy restaurants. Despite its compact size, it offers impressive functionality that surpasses traditional bartenders in speed and consistency.
Manually adding ice and a garnish provides the authentic bartending experience, while the machine accurately tracks ingredient usage to minimize waste.
