Magnicity | Varso Tower is their sixth location
It is the sixth location in the world by Magnicity. Just weeks prior, Magnicity also added the top of De Zalmhaven Tower in Rotterdam and the sustainable attraction Spiral Tower to its portfolio, further establishing itself as a global leader in high-altitude urban tourism.
Top of the Tower, prime location
Designed by the international architectural firm Foster + Partners, the Varso Tower rises 310 meters above the Polish capital Warsaw. This office building, which also features a panoramic platform, offers views over Varso Square and is ideally situated close to the city center and Central Station. Magnicity’s venue on the top floors of the Varso Tower will include a terrace on the 49th floor surrounded by a rooftop garden and a large observation deck on the 53rd floor. The location will provide visitors with a unique panoramic view of Warsaw, an immersive experience, and a large bar overlooking the famous Palace of Culture and Science.
Magnicity aims to create a new must-see spot visitors of Warsaw and to showcase the city on an international stage. The creation and development of the location will start in the second quarter of 2024, with the public opening planned for summer 2025.
Magnicity, leader in high-altitude urban tourism
In Warsaw, Magnicity will offer tourists and locals an unforgettable experience. With this new project, the company strengthens its position as a leader in high-altitude urban tourism and shows interest in iconic cities experiencing strong development.
Magnicity has already proven its ability to transform locations into unique experiences, where entertainment and city discovery come together harmoniously. In Paris, Magnicity has owned the Paris Montparnasse Observatory since 1974, located at the top of the tower; in Berlin, Magnicity has operated the Berlin TV Tower (Fernsehturm) since 1993; in Chicago, Magnicity has owned and operated the 360 Chicago Observation Deck since 2012; in Rotterdam, it took over the Euromast tower in 2020; and Magnicity signed a long-term lease in 2024 for the highest floors of De Zalmhaven tower.
Increasing popularity for Warsaw
Warsaw is one of the most dynamic European capitals, experiencing remarkable economic growth since Poland joined the European Union in 2004. The city has become an attractive tourist destination, named Best Destination 2023 by the European Best Destination Organization. In 2022, the city welcomed 9 million tourists. Warsaw is also gaining popularity on social media, offering a high-quality living environment, focusing on sustainable green development, and strengthening its cultural influence.
For Magnicity, the establishment in Warsaw offers opportunities to actively contribute to this dynamics through its expertise.
