Restaurant Selva |A gastronomic journey through Latin America

Restaurant Selva takes its guests on a gastronomic journey through the characteristic and varied Latin American landscape, focusing on dishes from Mexico, Peru and Brazil. Whether it’s ceviche, grilled meat or seafood; the charm of the open charcoal grill brings every dish to life, providing an unforgettable live experience. The menu also includes a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Roberto Torres. He and his team have all made their mark in Latin American cuisine. The stunning 700 square meter space has room for 137 dining guests and 45 seats in the cocktail bar, on the top floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI.

Unique flair meets innovative design

When entering restaurant Selva, guests are treated to a visual spectacle, designed by the prestigious design agency El Equipo Creativo. With an interior inspired by the colours, textures and patterns of the Amazon rainforest, the restaurant reflects the organic shapes of the Amazon rivers, creating a vibrant and opulent atmosphere in which guests can fully immerse themselves in the flavours that Latin America has to offer.

Cocktail bar Sonora at restaurant Selva

Cocktail bar Sonora also opened its doors on the same floor, with a unique and extensive selection of cocktails. Each cocktail is inspired by the ancient stories and legends of Latin America. This enchanting mix of flavours and history has been created by the creative duo of Rudi, the Bar Manager, and Laurynas, the Head Bartender. Their passion for mixology is clearly evident in every sip and like any good legend, Sonora invites you to participate in her own ever-evolving story.
