Knoll Ridge Cafe on a special location

3-7-2012

In New Zealand’s oldest national park, which is a ski resort and on the edge of an active vulcano, this Knoll Ridge Cafe is built. The restaurant can withstand sub-zero temperatures, wind speeds of up to 125 miles per hour and heavy snowfall during the winter. Besides the beautiful panoramas, the architecture flows perfectly over into the surroundings.
