Gastronomic highlights during the Spanish Wine Week 2019
Spain is, among other things, loved for its excellent gastronomy. This is experienced by many as one of the most attractive aspects of this country. Every Spanish wine region has its own culture, regional products and gastronomy. In the Netherlands there are also many lovers of Spanish wine, so it is time to introduce the Spanish Wine Week in the Netherlands. During this week, the public literally and figuratively get a taste of the Spanish flavor!
Spanish Gastronomy throughout the Netherlands
The Spanish Wine Week is from 17 to 23 June throughout the Netherlands. The event is organized by ICEX in collaboration with restaurants, wine importers, wine bars and hotels from all over the Netherlands, from Groningen to Amsterdam and from The Hague to Maastricht. The Dutch public can sign up to experience Spanish gastronomy at one of the participating locations during this week. The participants organize various activities for enthusiasts wine lovers to introduce them to the Spanish wine culture. For example, Spanish ham sliced by a cortador de jamón, there are wine tastings, master classes, dinners and so much more!
