Ingredients: 45 ml Tia Maria / Shot of espresso / 80 ml of tonic / Grapefruit zest
Preparation: Fill a glass with ice. Pour the Tia Maria, tonic and espresso into the glass. Garnish it with a zest of grapefruit.
