This specialty shop, located in the Haarlemmerstraat, offers several delicacies of the famous Ibérico pig, also known by the unoffical nickname ‘the Pata-Negra pig’. The ham will be cut on the spot, or served on a sandwich to-go or to enjoy in the seating of the shop. Ibericus Amsterdam is open seven days a week.
